  1. Earn Points with Every Purchase
    • Get 1 Reward Point for every $1 spent on entry fees, merchandise, or coaching packages.
  2. Bonus Points for Competitive Success
    • +250 Points for each 🏆 Category Win
    • +1000 Points for each 🏆 Overall Win
  3. Redeem Your Points
    • Every 100 Points = $5 credit
    • Use credits toward:
      • Entry fees
      • Merchandise
      • Partner services (e.g., Cross Partner Redemption coming soon)
      • Event Entry Tickets for Friends and Family or Helper at next show

🔁 Points Expiry & Terms

  • No Expiry: Points never expire, recognising that competition is personal and life circumstances vary year to year.
  • Category Win Eligibility: Bonus points for category wins apply only in divisions with more than three competing athletes.
  • Non-Transferable & No Cash Value: Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Bonus Points Allocation: Verified win bonus points are applied by the Tropix team within 7 days of confirmation
  • Points Use: Points are not able to be redeemed in the same season as they were acquired
